Payment
methods accepted
We
accept a wide variety of payment options including Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Echeck, Paypal, debit cards, personal
and business checks (must be processed under Echeck), money orders,
COD (additional charge of $6 in addition to shipping rate) and cash.
Order
Processing Time
All
our jams are made to order and are typically ready for shipment
within 10 business days. If we expect a delay in the processing
of your order you will be notified either by phone or email.
Cancellations
You
may cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will
be charged a restocking fee 25% of your total order. You must either
call our customer service department toll free at (866) 707-9090
or email us at orders@jams-n-bread.com
within 24 hours to cancel your order. If you placed your order using
a credit card it will be credited within 72 hours of receipt of
your cancellation.
Shipping
Rates
All
orders regardless of weight ship at a flat rate of $7.00. All orders
are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service Monday thru Friday. Rush
delivery is available at an extra cost. COD orders are at an additional
cost of $6.00 per order in addition to the standard shipping rate.

Insurance is including in the shipping rate for all orders.
Refunds
All
refunds that are processed that were not due to a mistake on the
part of Jams-N-Bread will be charged a fee. Paypal charges us to
process refunds as well as accept payment and therefore if your
refund is due to something other than our mistake we will not be
held liable for this charge. The charge will be deducted from your
gross payment amount.
Exchanges
All
Sales Are Final
Due
to the nature of the products we sell there are absolutely no refunds
or exchanges on any product under any circumstances. All sales are
final unless damaged in transit. There are absolutely no refunds
or exchanges on any product unless it was a result of our error.

Damaged
Items
All
packages must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Damaged items
or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of product receipt.
All packaging material must be kept intact for return. Failure to
do so will void your claim. You must contact us toll free immediately
at (866) 707-9090 or email us at rma@jams-n-bread.com
to obtain a return authorization. Returns without a return authorization
will be rejected and will not be returned or be eligible for credit
or refund. When returning items, please do not return with food
product inside, empty all containers prior to return. Return shipping
charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is in your
best interest to insure your package by means of using a shipping
company that provides tracking. We will not be responsible for lost
packages back in route to us. Jams -N- Bread will pay for shipping
charges associated with sending the replacement product only. Replacement
products will be the same flavor and size as originally ordered.
Refunds/Exchanges on opened product
Returned
Checks/NSF
All
returned checks or debits will be assessed a NSF charge by Jams
-N- Bread of $35.00 per occurrence. Note that your bank may present
your check more than once for payment and therefore you may be charged
multiple NSF charges from your bank and also from Jams -N- Bread.
NSF charges will be invoiced to you and will also incur monthly
finance charges if not paid. The customer is also responsible for
any and all charges including but not limited to late fees, court
costs, lawyer fees, etc if we have to obtain legal means to collect
our funds.
